NutriFlex® is a South African pet supplement brand owned by SmartPack (Pty) Ltd., manufacturing scientifically formulated nutritional supplements for dogs and cats at our FSA-accredited facility in Muizenberg, Cape Town.
Established in 2014, NutriFlex produces certified human-grade pet supplements developed in collaboration with holistic veterinarians and animal nutritionists.
Our products are registered in South Africa under Act 36 of 1947 and distributed nationwide through leading pet retailers, selected veterinary practices and www.nutriflex.co.za.
We exist for one reason: to give pets more healthy years and pet parents more unforgettable moments.

Every legacy has a spark.
Ours began with a dog who defied the odds, Hector, the furry inspiration and guiding light behind NutriFlex®.
In 2004, I relocated from the UK to South Africa with Riley, my beloved Giant Schnauzer and 36 koi fish. Just two weeks after arrival, Riley passed away from complications related to immigration vaccinations. He was barely two years old and the grief was unbearable.
Then came Hector.
A feisty, spirited pup who was expelled from puppy school for being “untrainable.” But he taught me the most important lesson of all: every moment with our pets matters.
I made it my mission to help him live his best life. He ran the beaches. Chased waves and lived with an energy that turned every day into an adventure.
As Hector grew older, early signs of joint issues emerged. At 12, he struggled to stand. The vet said it was time. But I wasn’t ready and neither was he.
I sought a second opinion. We introduced a collagen-based joint supplement formulated with expert veterinary input. Within days, Hector was walking again, pain-free, tail wagging and full of life.
That moment changed everything. That moment became NutriFlex®.
NutriFlex® was born out of love, science and a stubborn refusal to give up.
We created South Africa’s first certified human-grade pet supplement range, built with the same care we’d give our own family, because that’s precisely what pets are.
With guidance from veterinarians and animal nutritionists, NutriFlex® is backed by science and formulated to support longevity, mobility and vitality.
Thanks to that turning point, Hector thrived for six more incredible years, almost reaching his 18th orbit around the sun. Even as his hearing faded, our beach walks never stopped.

We have an extremely anxious staffie and the recent weather in JHB these past few months has been a nightmare to say the least. She has been on the product for about a week, and we are astounded at the difference in her behaviour when there is a change of weather (which happens daily nowadays). She has gone from a level 10 to 2 in her ability to be able to handle a storm and calm down once it subsides.
Can highly recommend this product – wish we had found it sooner as CBD and tranquilisers have not done what

Wiggles my snowshoe, american curl cross loves both the dentamx and joint, he goes to the other cats bowls while I am busy preparing their food to eat it as is.
