All items are sent via FedEx or UPS International Express.

All items are tracked and fully insured.

Please allow 5—10 working days for delivery.
All tracked deliveries need to be signed for.

Your order will be delivered Monday—Friday between 08h00 and 17h00 (local time)

All online international payments are made in South African Rands (ZAR).

Currency conversions are estimated and should be used for informational purposes only.

Import and Customs Duties.

When you order products from NutriFlex for delivery outside of our country of origin, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches its destination.

Please note that:

You, as the customer, are responsible for these charges.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Payment of these charges and taxes is necessary to release your order from customs.

The responsibility for payment lies solely with you, the customer.

Policies vary by country. Each country has its own customs policies, which may vary widely.

We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.


Why Are These Fees Applied?

Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

These fees are imposed by the destination country and are not related to NutriFlex.

They are levied to ensure that the correct taxes are paid on imported goods.

South Africa Shipping

All items are sent via our national courier service. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched. If you have created an account with us you can login to view your order and track your delivery.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays or Sundays.

Delivery Charges (Orders less than R650)

Local (Cape Town) Delivery Charge: R75.00

National Courier Delivery Charge: R95.00

Orders placed before 13h00 are shipped the same day.

Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.


Warehouse Collections

You are welcome to go ahead and collect your online order from our factory shop.

All collections are FREE. Please select the Free delivery option "Collect from NutriFlex Factory Shop" at our online checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been packed and is ready for collection.


1.1 ZA customers can choose from two delivery options, ‘Courier’ and ‘Local Collection’. For more information on delivery options, please see Delivery Information.

1.2 Non-ZA customer's delivery is by ‘Tracked’ courier. For more information on delivery options, please see Delivery Information.

1.3 It is your responsibility to provide us with full and correct delivery address details. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be charged the full delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.

1.4 If you are not present at the time of delivery, a delivery note should be left asking you to contact the courier service directly to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time or pick it up in person from the specified location.

You will then have 21 days until the parcel is returned back to us as undeliverable. We do not resend packages that are returned to us as undeliverable.

We will refund you for the value of the products ordered but not for the delivery charge.

1.5 A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the delivery system for a period of 15 working days for ZAR orders and 28 working days for non-ZA orders. Although orders normally take much less than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods, regardless of the delivery method.

1.6 We will email you a dispatch confirmation as soon as your parcel has been passed onto the courier or postal services.

We cannot take responsibility for the non-delivery of a dispatch email should your email address be incorrect or should a 3rd party email server prevent delivery due to spam filters.

1.8 Customs duties: Any fees charged by Customs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
