Every legacy has a spark.
Ours began with a dog who defied the odds, Hector, the furry inspiration and guiding light behind NutriFlex®.
In 2004, I relocated from the UK to South Africa with Riley, my beloved Giant Schnauzer and 36 koi fish. Just two weeks after arrival, Riley passed away from complications related to immigration vaccinations. He was barely two years old and the grief was unbearable.
Then came Hector.
A feisty, spirited pup who was expelled from puppy school for being “untrainable.” But he taught me the most important lesson of all: every moment with our pets matters.
I made it my mission to help him live his best life. He ran the beaches. Chased waves and lived with an energy that turned every day into an adventure.
As Hector grew older, early signs of joint issues emerged. At 12, he struggled to stand. The vet said it was time. But I wasn’t ready and neither was he.
I sought a second opinion. We introduced a collagen-based joint supplement formulated with expert veterinary input. Within days, Hector was walking again, pain-free, tail wagging and full of life.
That moment changed everything. That moment became NutriFlex®.

Max did not like this – wish this was in a tablet form and odourless – it would be easier to give to him. Think he would eat it more readily in tablet form that had a chicken or beef taste or if in powder that there is no odour

Your products are excellent but it takes too long to deliver. Would rather just purchase them in store if I need them urgently. Too few stores and too far away. Am in Westville Durban.
Sadly, this hasn’t made any difference to our dog’s breath but the vet has told us that his bad breath is not due to any dental issues.

While some pet parents observe an almost immediate improvement in their dogs’ breath, for others, it may require up to five weeks of consistent daily use to fully neutralise any unpleasant odours. While it’s still very early days for your doggo we appreciate your patience and commitment to the process, and we’re here for any further assistance you might need.
Just a bit worried as my baby has been on Nutriflex advance supplement now for 3 months and I haven’t seen a dramatic improvement. Should I keep her on it longer?
Hi Amanda, we truly appreciate your patience and understand your concern. Please remember the time frame for seeing results can vary, as every animal is unique. Just because you haven’t seen a dramatic improvement just yet, does not signify that it won’t happen. This is because natural supplements work differently to traditional medications and natural alternative joint supplements like NutriFlex are first dispatched to where in the body they are most critically needed. This allocation may not align with our expectations, as the areas of immediate need might not be visible to us. Please continue with the recommended regimen of NutriFlex for at least another three to six months. I was under the impression I ordered the 4-pack – surprised when I saw only 3 tins. It’s ok. I will order 4+1 next time.

My 7yr old mixed breed does have a deformed leg joint and still walks with a limp but he has stopped chewing the skin on his leg – so can only hope it’s helping with pain. Will finish the 3 tins and take it from there.
Hi Wendy, Unfortunately, nothing other than surgery can help correct a mechanical deformity but the fact that he has stopped chewing at his skin is great news!! NutriFlex has clearly relieved the inflammation and irritation while also helping to strengthen his other 3 limbs and joints which are probably taking the strain. With continued daily use his strength, health and well-being should continue to improve for at least the next 6 months onwards. Please keep us posted.
