UriMax™ Urinary & Bladder Supplement for Dogs

End your dog's UTI struggles, naturally.
Up to 1 in 5 dogs battle painful urinary tract infections, with females being the most susceptible. Left unchecked, UTIs lead to bladder stones, repeat vet visits, antibiotics and organ damage. But imagine if one safe, human-grade daily supplement could protect their bladder, restore comfort and prevent recurring infections.

UriMax™ for Dogs. Ingestible powder suitable for dogs of all breeds and ages from 8 weeks.

When your dog’s urinary system is under strain, urination becomes uncomfortable and stressful.

Ongoing imbalance can place added pressure on the bladder and kidneys, causing persistent discomfort. UriMax™ supports urinary tract health with a blend of cranberry extract, D-mannose and soothing botanicals that help ease inflammation and maintain a healthy urinary environment.

By discouraging unwanted bacterial adhesion and supporting gentle flushing, UriMax™ promotes long-term urinary comfort. Ideal for dogs prone to urinary sensitivity or experiencing discomfort, it delivers natural urinary support for daily use.

UTIGuard: What’s inside and why it works

Every ingredient in UTIGuard™ is purpose-dosed for dogs and targeted at the key stages of urinary tract health. Working in harmony, they block bacterial adhesion, soothe irritation and strengthen natural defences, helping prevent infections before they start and lowering the risk of painful recurrences.

D-Mannose

Blocks bacteria before they stick.
This naturally occurring compound binds to E. coli fimbriae (the most common cause of UTIs), preventing them from attaching to the bladder wall. Once bound, the bacteria can’t stick to the bladder wall and are flushed out in urine. D-Mannose works quickly and safely to stop infections at the source rather than covering up the symptoms.

Cranberry Extract (15% PACs)

Clinically active PACs for bladder defence.

Not all cranberry products work.

UTIGuard™ uses a standardised extract containing 15% proanthocyanidins (PACs), compounds proven to block bacterial adhesion, disrupt biofilms and remove damaging free radicals, supporting bladder and kidney health.

When used alongside D-Mannose, cranberry extract helps reduce recurrence by preventing bacteria from reestablishing after flushing.

Marshmallow Root

Soothes irritation and supports healing. When the urinary tract is inflamed, everything hurts.
Marshmallow root acts as a natural demulcent, coating and calming irritated tissue, easing discomfort and supporting the bladder lining while it recovers.

Astragalus Root

Strengthens natural immune defence. Astragalus supports the body’s immune response, helps reduce oxidative stress and protects the kidneys by improving blood flow, allowing your dog resist recurring infections rather than constantly reacting to them.

Nettle Leaf

Flushes and balances. Nettle leaf is a mild natural diuretic and anti-inflammatory. It encourages gentle urinary flushing, helps reduce irritation and supports a urinary environment that’s less friendly to unwanted bacteria. It benefits the kidneys and bladder by promoting uric acid clearance.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Supports healthy urinary balance. Included in small, controlled amounts, apple cider vinegar helps maintain urinary pH in dogs prone to alkaline urine, creating conditions in which E. coli struggles to thrive.

Why are PACs important?

Not all cranberry supplements are effective in preventing urinary tract infections.

The real benefit comes from proanthocyanidins (PACs), the active compounds responsible for cranberries' bladder-protective action.

Cranberry PACs have a unique structure not found in other fruits or vegetables, which gives them their proven anti-adhesion effect.

By preventing harmful bacteria, including E. coli, from attaching to the bladder wall, PACs reduce the risk of bacterial colonisation, a factor contributing to urinary tract infections, while also supporting the body’s natural defences against everyday oxidative stress from environmental pollutants.

UriMax™ is different

Our bladder support uses a unique, standardised cranberry extract delivering the highest concentration of PACs (45mg), rather than generic cranberry powder with ineffective or unknown PAC levels.

This ensures consistent strength, predictable effectiveness and real functional support for the urinary tract, making UriMax™ a premium, targeted choice for dogs prone to recurring urinary problems.
