My order was simply cancelled without informing me despite payment having been made. I was subsequently told that this is a common “snapscan” issue. If you know it is an issue, why offer it as a payment option? Or why don’t you communicate that the order was cancelled and explain why, instead of letting your customers follow up with you when the delivery doesn’t materialise? The product (Dentamax) itself is excellent.
Delivery has been very poor, purchased on 26th December & today is the 5th of January & still no delivery has been made.
