Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. This competition is open to all people who have not won any NutriFlex (a SmartPack PTY Ltd brand) competition in the past six months and who are over the age of 18 years.
2. Employees, directors, prescribed officers, shareholders, members and partners (and their family members) of SmartPack PTY Ltd the applicable advertising company for the competition or any of their holding or subsidiary companies and their advertising and promotions agencies, are not be eligible to participate in this competition. SmartPack reserves the right to disqualify any participant who contravenes this rule.
3. The competition will commence on 03 May until Friday 28 May 2021.
4. The draw date for giveaway/promotions will be within 7 working days after the competition closes.
5. The Horse Mom Giveaway will have 1 winner.
6. Participants/winner may be required to take part in media campaigns including broadcast and publication as requested by NutriFlex for which publicity, no compensation will be paid by SmartPack PTY Ltd. Refusal and/or failure to partake in such publicity may result in disqualification to partake further in this competition/promotion.
7. Images depicting prizes are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual prizes and SmartPack is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
8. Winner(s) are determined by random draw. Winners who have won a competition promoted by NutriFlex within the preceding 6 (six) months will be disqualified as winners as per company policy.
9. Winners will be notified by NutriFlex on social media within 7 days after his/her name has been drawn that he/she has won the prize.
10. Should a participant/winner provide incorrect contact details or fail to allow NutriFlex to contact during the first 48hrs from the time that a winner is selected, and should a winner not accept the prize, for any reason whatsoever, NutriFlex will select a replacement winner from the qualifying entries.
11. The judges' decision on the draw of a winner is final and binding and no queries of any nature will be heard.
12. Failure to claim a prize or a refusal or inability to provide required documentation or comply with any of the competition requirements within 2 days of notification will disqualify the winner and a new winner will be drawn in terms of these rules. In order to claim his/her prize, a winner may contact NutriFlex (see details below).
13. No substitution or cash redemption of non-cash prizes is permitted. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and NutriFlex reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice to participants/winner(s).
14. NutriFlex and/or the promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
15. NutriFlex will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed entries for any reason whatsoever.
16. NutriFlex reserves the right to disqualify any claim if fraud, dishonesty or cheating of any nature is suspected on the part of a participant.
18. NutriFlex reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
